This site is built with Hugo and hosted on Netlify. I picked Hugo because it’s fast and doesn’t require a database, which means fewer things for me to break.
Body text is set in EB Garamond, a revival of a 16th century typeface. I wanted something that felt like a book, not a SaaS landing page.
The color palette came from Stack & Signal — rust, gold, sage, lavender on a dark background. I like warm colors on dark screens. Sue me.
